Tenure: 5 years (2 years as JRF, then promotion to SRF based on performance)
Upper Age Limit: 28 years
For JRF: First Class UG/PG degree with valid GATE/NET score (PG exempted from GATE/NET as per DRDO guidelines)
For RA: Ph.D. in the relevant discipline
Specializations like AI, ANSYS, SolidWorks, MATLAB, Laser, Technical Textiles, etc. will be given preference
Relaxation in age as per Govt. of India norms for SC/ST/OBC candidates
