ARMY TA PHASE I (PFT) DOCUMENT

  1. Original Photo ID - Aadhar + PAN Card
  2. Birth Certificate -Birth Certificate issued by Registrar of Births and Deaths or 10th Class Board Certificate showing date of birth.
  3. Education Certificates WithMarksheet- 8th/10th/12th Certificate with Marksheet
  4. Domical Certificate – Domicile Certificate with photograph issued by Tehsildar/ District Magistrate.
  5. Caste Cetificate - Caste Certificate affixed with photograph of the candidate issued by the Tehsildar/ District  Magistrate
  6. Religion Certificate  (Download Formate)  - Religion Certificate to be issued by the Tehsildar/ SDM (if religion as “SIKH/ HINDU/ MUSLIM/ CHRISTIAN” is not mentioned in caste certificate) 
  7. Passport Size Photo ­- Twenty (20) copies of unattested Passport size colour photographs developed on good quality photographic paper in white background not more than three months old. Computerised/ photocopied/ shopped photographs will NOT be accepted. Photographs must be with proper hair cut and clean shave (except Sikh Candidates).
  8. Transfer/School leaving certificate in orginalor bonalied certificate from School/College mentioning date of birth
  9. Marital Status Certificate - Married/ unmarried certificates issued by Village Sarpanch/ Municipal Corporation within last six months.
  10. Affidavit Certificate (Download Formate)  -Duly signed by candidate on Rs 10/- Non-Judicial Stamp Paper as per specimen duly attested by notary will be submitted by candidate at the Rally Site without fail. Format of affidavit attached as per Appendix ‘D’. Submission of Affidavitis Mandatory to gain entry into the Rally. Candidates WILL NOT BE PERMITTED to enter the rally without affidavit
  11. No Claim Certificate (Download Formate)

Character Certificate - Verified By School  (Download Formate) - School Character Certificate issued by the School/ College Principal/ Headmaster where the candidates last studied.                                                         Verified By Head Of Town/Village (Download Formate)  - Character Certificate with photograph issued by Village Sarpanch/ Municipal Corporation within last six months from the date of despatch.

 

Additional Documents

  1. NCC Certificate - NCC A/B/C Certificate and Republic Day Parade certificate should have photograph of the candidate duly attested by issuing authority. NCC A/B/C pass certificates in original will only be accepted. No bonus marks in the final merit to be allotted unless the certificate (Relationship/ Sports/ NCC) have been verified. An undertaking to the effect will be obtained from the candidate

DETAILS OF RECRUITMENT ZONES

(a) Zone-I. The states of Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, NCT of Delhi and Union Territories of Chandigarh, Jammu & Kashmir and Leh.

(b) Zone-II. The states of Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Orissa, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Chhatisgarh and Uttarakhand.

(c) Zone-III. The states of Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Tripura, Nagaland, Sikkim, West Bengal and the Union Territories of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Mizoram and Arunachal Pradesh.

(d) Zone-IV. The states of Andhra Pradesh, Gujrat, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Karnataka and Rajasthan, Telangana, Goa & the Union Territories of Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu, Lakshadweep and Pondicherry.

(e) Rect for H&H Bns, 162 InfBn (TA) JAK LI, 172 InfBn (TA) MADRAS and EngrRegts (TA) will be from specified catchment areas as approved by competent authority from time to time.
