MPTRANSCO Selection Process 2025

The MPTRANSCO Selection Process 2025 will be conducted in multiple stages, depending on the post applied for. The selection procedure is designed to assess both technical knowledge and overall suitability for the role. The stages are as follows:

• Computer-Based Test: The CBT exam will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), with each question carrying 1 mark. The syllabus for the CBT will be aligned with the prescribed curriculum relevant to the post applied for. To qualify, candidates must secure at least 25% marks in the CBT.
• Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates from the written exam will be called for document verification. Candidates must produce original certificates related to age, education, category, experience (if any), and other essential qualifications.
• Medical Examination: Candidates shortlisted for Lineman/Sub-station Attendant/Surveyor Attendant will be called for a Physical Efficiency Test (PET). In this medical test, candidates must carry a 15 kg weight and walk a distance of 1 kilometer within 10 minutes. This is a qualifying test to assess physical strength and stamina.
